Productive ADHD student focus is crucial when the ADHD meds have worn off.

Consider the following ADHD tips:

1.Take a top-up small dose before you start your homework to help you focus.

  1. Do some intense exercise before your homework session and every 30 minutes. You could run up and down the stairs a few times, skip with a rope, jump on a trampoline, do some weight bearing exercises. This will get the juices flowing.
  2. Eat some protein before the homework session. Peanut butter, yogurt and eggs are all a good source of protein.
  3. Vary the homework assignments,so you do some thinking work then some creative work etc. This will keep you interested and motivated
